Please add the ability to see when someone being corresponded with is typing.

When having a conversation with someone, there quite often is a very long delay until a response is received. I don’t know if this is due to servers being far away, lazy electrons, the other person scratching their butt or, they may just be typing a very long message. Other websites and messaging apps show when the other person is typing.

Nothing here advertises itself as a live chat. This need for instant gratification or to be assured that someone is indeed giving you their attention in trying to type even if they are taking a while is a little creepy.
