SW Support
I just wanted all to know how responsive SW support is.
A couple of days ago... Sunday I think it was, I was having problems with the SW site freezing and lagging... went on for hours until I sent support an email.
They got right back to me and through a half dozen emails back and forth (over several hours), we sorted it all out and found it was my ISP... they were having intermittent latency issues.
I was quite pleased with the support the SW team gave me... very personalized and very responsive.
