Proper filters.

So you can filter out words from your feed, like swear words, movie names to avoid spoilers, or specific adult topics you're just not interested in. Also, let us block specific groups and question categories.

I would think that should be doable. You could then personalize your feed eliminating the things you have to constantly wade through.
