Should I call my ex???

After we were upset with each other
He texted me , and told me not to contact him ever again, i confessed that i was talking to another guy.
But we made up, then out of the blue he texted
He texted me.....don't call me again,
Then he blocked me everywhere but not my number
When, i asked why, he said it's my decision.
But now he posts sad songs on tiktok
Should i reach out or leave him alone??

Also i dreamed about him, and it says when yiu dream about someone they are thinking of you...???
Im confused but i dont know what to do
