I Hate Pointless Text Messages

"Hate" is such a big word 🤔 , but "dislike" was just not with the options.

So... the compagny I buy my electricity from just send me the folowing text message:

Hey there, it's your lucky day! We just deposited 400+ euros on your bank account. We hope you do something fun with it! Enjoy! Grtz [the compagny]

The policy over here is, that you pay a fixed tarrive every month. If you pay to much they'll send the diffrence back to you. And if you pay to little you get an extra bill. This is the first time they send me this because I've been with them for a year. So I payed 400 euros to much. Now they are depositing it back, and telling me to have fun with it. As if it's a gift. It's also my "lucky day" because apperently I get my own money back. (no interest) 🙄

HA! I had even worse happen to me at my bank years ago. The bank deposited a lot of money in my account and over a month later said there were two of us with the same name, they made a mistake and wanted it returned? 😐️I had already spent it and couldn't replace it all at once. They wouldn't let me make payments and froze my bank account until they could take the money out of my account, but before that they wanted me to take a loan out to replace it for their mistake?! I refused.
