The math ain't mathing. Found this from Reddit before. 😆

I get it, math can be hard. But how in the world can this be correct? Where did the division come from??? 🤦🏾‍♂️😆

$700k in pennies is basically 70M (70,000,000).

But how would you deal with 700,000$ in Pennie’s??
You know what it would weigh??

Try 195 TONS!!
Where are you going to put 195 tons of coins??
How are you going to get it home or transport it to the bank?
And what bank would accept 195 tons of Pennie’s???

If Pennie’s were actually made of 100 percent copper that 195 ton’s would be worth more than one and a half MILLION dollars.

@Onestarlitnight Ahhh, I see. I honestly forgot that pennies have elements of zinc and other type of metal. But I don't know how I would carry all of that home. It's a haul, that's for sure. I may need about 2-3 semi trucks full of them. 😆

Semi trucks carry about 20 tons on average so you’re going to need twenty trucks!! And equipment to load them 😂

If it was a choice like that picture I’d definitely take the pennies! And I’d figure out how to get it all to the treasury or bank clearing warehouse.
Might cost me a hundred grand to move it around but it’s still worth the effort! 😉

@Onestarlitnight And some people, TikTok or here, didn't agree and decided to go for $70k. 🤣
