The Cape Intruder.

I was reading this thread on Reddit, where someone posted about what are some crimes and mysteries that remain unsolved till this day.
Reading tens of stories about serial killers and chilling crimes didn’t creep me out as the one about the “Cape Intruder”, basically a guy who broke into houses and watched people sleeping.. that’s it, he was just watching people sleeping, he didn’t harm anyone or steal anything, he just runs away once they wake up. It’s still very random and creepy just to wake up and see someone in the dark looking at you. Anyways, goodnight!
