POLL: Would you be skeptical of a condition said to be caused by an alien virus that appeared in the 1980's but nobody can find the virus?

Like the sufferers complain of feeling tired all the time (but doctors cannot find anything wrong with them) and claim that alien viruses from outer space are infesting their nervous system but after 40+ years since it appeared out of no where scientists just can't find this virus or any substantial evidence of an infection. The last ''groundbreaking'' study was that 10 people with the condition had blood cells that adapted to electricity slightly differently. That's it.

This condition, if it even exists, is NOT rare BTW. It is said to be infecting over 250,000 people in the US.

Just want to know people's thoughts on this since everyone on Reddit thinks it's 100% legit.
