Pretty accurate. The assumption of moral inferiority can be found in any form of bigotry, either as a basis for the bigotry or an after-the-fact justification for it. In the case of anti-black racism, it's more-often-than-not a basis. In the case of misandry, it's an after-the-fact justification.
