Is this a site for people with psychological problems?

The way people conduct themselves on here (compared to reddit and similar sites) is very very noticeable. I'm just wondering if there's a specific reason for that.

Since this site is anonymous, people are more easily able to express themselves honestly here. And it probably attracts a higher percentage of people who want to talk about personal problems.
