I don't know what's wrong with me

When I meet someone new, I always get really excited and can't wait to message them again. But when they don't reply in 5 minutes like I tend to, I start getting anxious and spiraling out of control thinking they hate me. Rationally I know they'll be busy and have their life going on, so I don't know why this always happens.
