What's the point in a "message intro" when people don't even bother to abide by it???

I know right.

I saw a brand-new user post they are brand new here and I replied, "welcome to here". Before I knew it I was followed by him and I had a message in my PM asking me who the girl was in my picture.

I replied twice read my about me section. Errrr!
