Getting people to DM/ chat is so hard on this site!

Why is it so hard to get people to dm you on this site. Is it a bunch of fake accounts? I don’t know what else to do. And when I post no one comments.

I always check people's forums. If it's nothing but sex and fetishes I won't respond or accept a friend request either.
