what type of message in your inbox is most successful to begin a conversation with you??

Top | New | Old
Not me... bc i have enough stuff in my inbox. But maybe read their posts or profile to start?

No "Thanks for adding me" and then waiting for us to say ' you're welcome" so you can force a continued dialogue. it's kinda manipulative.

By acting like a human being with an actual personality and not copy/pasting the same messages to every single woman/person and hoping one responds.

not cheesy stuff after a nude or provocative post about how "so many people must be in your messages now huh?" trying to seem different just to chat us up. some of us can see through that.

not overly flowery stuff calling us "beautiful" every other sentence like you forgot our name. it gives fboi vibes.

Talk like you just want to have a conversation with a FRIEND, not like you're looking for a date. We enjoy that. we're humans first. Not everyone is looking to be buttered up constantly or for a date.

if you have no pic, no posts and do NOT participate in anything. don't bother.. o.o

I appreciate when I get a message that actually has reason and substance beyond a greeting. Something that shows the message was intended for me. Speaking to shared interests, experiences. Generic doesn’t do it for me.

One from an active “safe” member I recognize. Anything else I disregard. Each person is different though. For some a simple introductory message would be enough to open the door.

@Kiesel You don’t even have to knock. I can hear your truck coming from down the road and the tingles are like it’s own internal doorbell.

@Kiesel Good gawd 😂

I don’t get many to begin with. I think my sarcasm and occasional prickliness tend to keep them away, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing.

I’m more of an interacting-on-posts type anyway.

One that's open ended, friendly and from someone who I've interacted with already in posts.

“hi, I’m so and so and looking for a long term relationship. where are you located?”

Something specific related to my profile or something I said here.

No interest in "Hi!" or any sort of solicitation.
I never get messages

Ngl, it's rather about this kind of scenario, if you catch my drift:
