Consider the source. Some overweight guy sitting in his parent's basement is hoping you will send him a picture to prove otherwise.

In my not-so-humble opinion, comments like that don't deserve the honor of a comeback. Ignore, or block, and move on. The last thing I would recommend is to respond.

You could say "Your dad sure didn't think I did"
