Are you familiar with Telegram?

I had a business aquatience tell me to telegram him. I have heard of Instagram, messanger and Facebook, but never telegram. What is it and what do I need to make it go?

I had it and it was slowing down my IPAD so much I couldn’t use it till I removed the Telegram app. Before this happened I got a message asking if I would allow them to look inside of my account, which I refused. Had heard some other people warning against Telegram.

@Stereoguy I don’t trust them at all after my experience. I wouldn’t recommend it.
