Blocking people I REALLY like.

😢😢😢😢😢😢 It makes me sad beyond telling. I simply can't remain friendly with someone who would disrespect God.

AND I blocked a friend of mine who has been a friend since before I joined this website. THAT makes me REALLY sad...so I unblocked him. It was over politics...and he HAS the right to disagree with me.

I don't blame you. People have the right to disagree, but a friend deserves respect. Once they cross that line, and become dismissive or abusive to your opinions, they are not a friend. And I would never tolerate anyone disrespecting God, either.

@AbbeyRhode 🤗🤗🤗 THANK you, my friend. I have a lot of self examination to do regarding whether or not I always respected my Democrat friends political beliefs. He has always been very quiet about it till now.

@4meAndyou It is difficult, when we see the evil, corruption, and violence they support, but if your friend felt disrespected, he should have brought it to your attention at the time, instead of responding with anger. As a friend, he should know you would not intentionally insult him.

@AbbeyRhode I noticed that some of my politically similar friends were mocking him pretty heavily on one of Patti's posts because he was saying her facts were incorrect. And then he posted that he plans to attend an anti-Trump rally today. I think he was angry and lashing out. But he really DOES hate Trump.

@4meAndyou That is a hallmark of liberals; they are infused with hate. The Democrats and their propaganda media thoroughly program their obedient drones with violent rage. It's especially heartbreaking to see in people who used to have kind hearts.

@AbbeyRhode And that is the case with this particular friend of mine. No one could have been kinder in the past. I used to admire his morality. I know he is one of the ivory tower elites, and perhaps he is feeling pressure from his students to wallow in anti-Trump hatred.

@4meAndyou Could be, it's like a disease. All we can do is take the high road and be kind, but that does not mean tolerating abuse. Boundaries must be set, and respected.

@AbbeyRhode I think, with such an old friend I will try as hard as I can to be as understanding of his feelings as he has been toward mine.

@4meAndyou Understandable. I hope he appreciates what a good friend he has.

@AbbeyRhode 🤣🤣🤣 He probably hates my guts because I love Trump! 🤣🤣🤣

@4meAndyou Oh, my, lol! 😄

@4meAndyou most universities tend to attract this sort of thing and they are in an exclusive environment where the more radical things are taught and indoctrinated to the young students, even here in Oklahoma which is a red state

@cherokeepatti I can't imagine a professor in a University cess pit standing up to radical student pressure.
