I block people who I find confusing. Like, I've tried understanding where they are coming from and I just end up more confused.

I don't know about mildly annoying. I tend to give them a few days. Maybe they were having a bad day/week. If I am continuously annoyed, then I block.

I don't bother with muting.

I preemptively block people whose posts are exclusively about sex. I like sex as much as anyone but there's got to be more to a person than that.

I have muted people who annoyed me until I got notifications that so&so commented on a post & sure enough it was someone I muted so then I blocked. Probably about 5 who I never interacted with but their posts simply annoyed me.

I mute when they annoy me if I think they’ll stay away. If they keep turning up on my posts, or it looks like they might, I block.

No. I think the only person i blocked was a nutjub threatening to kill me some years back. I said i lived in embankment rd plymouth devon at the time but yeah it was all hot air. So i did block them then.
