Could it be that they just use the word [i]censorship[/i] instead of [i]blocking[/i] as a matter of preference and maybe because they're lazy?

@LadyGrace They can indeed call it whatever they choose, but it isn’t really the same thing. When I block someone, they still have an audience; I’m just not part of it. It’s not like reporting someone or having their content removed so that [b]no one[/b] can read it.
Arguably that’s closer to censorship, which isn’t always a bad thing, to be sure.
