Joined EP in 2012. Started a LDR with a friend from EP recently - anyone in the same boat?

I joined in 2012 and went by a couple of names, including Fahrenheit51, Obsidiann, and maybe something else. It helped me get through many of the darker times in high school. It was certainly a nice place to vent, and you could just let it all out without worrying about anyone knowing about your identity. If someone remembers me, pls give me a shout out! I didn't have many friends, but it's worth a shot.

Fast forward to adulthood, I'm proud to say that I've gotten my shit a bit more together, and I'm not depressed like I was. Things changed for the better, but not without a lot of work. I went to my first therapy session about 8 months ago for various reasons and saw tremendous progress after putting in a lot of effort to change. I also connected with my long-time friend from EP after going silent for half a year cuz life happens, and somehow, we fell in love. We plan on meeting in autumn, travelling together, and seeing where life takes us. Life works in a mysterious way😅. I have EP to thank for leading me to my awesome friend-turned-lover.

Did anyone get into a relationship/marry their partner from EP or other online forums/apps/rooms? Very curious. :)
