I recall reading some extremely intense and intimate posts on Experience Project, and encountering many interesting people. It would be interesting to know how many are now on SW. I think EP was a place where people felt safe to express their true selves. When people are free to do that, it makes you realise how cultural norms and social taboos make it almost impossible for anyone to discuss their intimate experiences and express their true personalities openly and honestly. I was disappointed indeed to find that EP had gone.

@SeekingConnection It's surprising to see how seriously that old site was taken by many of it's users. Apparently the site focused on connecting like-minded individuals, and for a while that seemed to have worked very well. And then they were shipwrecked, and they disappeared, and EP was set up as a replacement.
But EP is not just SW v.2.0, it's something else. Many of us are here just to have some fun, to let off steam, and maybe, perhaps, to meet people with similar interests.
