Do you feel you've changed a lot in life?

I used to be on Experience Project and thinking back to those days, I realize how different I was then. Completely different. How about you? Have you changed much in the last 5 years or so? How so?

I've changed a LOT in the last 5 years or so. Age and injury have taken their toll. It's been necessary for me to make some major changes in my lifestyle involving my physical, mental and emotional diets and habits.

It's not been an easy transition. However, I know I shouldn't complain about getting old. It's a privilege denied to many.
@PhoenixPhail

It is a privilege denied to many. That shows a lot of self-awareness! Sorry to know about your injury.

I eat mostly clean now (very little processed anything, one meal a day with a cheat day). It's a permanent change I made and very easy, although I've been craving red meat a lot lately which is sort of odd for me.
@Angelwarfare It's great that you're eating very little processed food. I try to stick to mostly whole, organic fruits and vegetables. I DID have a very lean, grass fed, grass finished 9oz sirloin last week, and it was delicious. It was the first piece of red meat I'd had in about half a year. I think it's good to throw your body a curve every once in a while. Just not too often.
@PhoenixPhail Now I am definitely going to have some steak on Friday, lol. Maybe not 9oz though! You've convinced me but it is going to be hard to wait now after your description! Mean. 🤣
@Angelwarfare Just find the cleanest one you can, and enjoy every delicious mouthful. And, don't have it too often. We're frugivores and not built for meat. But it sure is tasty every once in while. 😋 Enjoy. x
@PhoenixPhail Haha thank you, will do!
