Do you feel you've changed a lot in life?
I used to be on Experience Project and thinking back to those days, I realize how different I was then. Completely different. How about you? Have you changed much in the last 5 years or so? How so?

@Angelwarfare I have been depressed my whole life and an now turning 60...
@originnone Maybe we can help each other. I was a very depressed little girl due to unbelievable trauma from abuse. It took me a very long time to sort it out. I'm not completely there but I've come a long way.
