The site just like this and all social media websites are under the influence of societies values.
If a website does not comply to the majority of the prevailing opinion. They can not withstand the social pressure.
This is happening even this very moment on this website. It's why reorganization is even happening.
The prevailing social pressure has nothing to do with the members of any website. The social pressure is coming from all the larger websites.
Google is evil itself! Just to name the largest.

You have other apps? Rest assured they use Google's advertising.
Pretty much why I have given up on not using Google's apps. They are so big it really doesn't matter. They are in everything.

@Spoiledbrat I suspect your on a computer not a cellphone like me or perhaps your cellphone is an iPhone. They neither have an app for iPhones nor do ad blockers work the same way as androids.
