@SW-User yeah but it's not as good as ep. I had tons of friends in ep but I've barely any friends here

@Chickengoesmoo There were also hundreds of thousands of users there, so the chances of finding friends there were greater.

@SW-User one and a half million users right before they announced they were shutting down.

@SW-User Which is why it was possible to have TONS of friends. Of course, it's true that a lot of those accounts were multiple accounts by the same people. There was one person who had no less than 100 accounts, probably more. And I had him blocked on every single one of them, and as fast as I could block him, he had a new account. The name remained the same, but some were all caps, with a number after, or all lowercase with a number before, or alternating caps and lowercase, or whatever, but it was clear that it was the same person. EP was a wonderful place, until the last 9 months to a year. Then they let the trolls and other creeps take over. It was impossible to have a reasonable open discussion about anything without someone beginning a fight. Name calling and cursing. All you had to do was misspell any foul language and you could be as abusive as your persona demanded.

At the end, EP was a sewer; a cesspool. I was ready to quit when I heard the were shutting down, so I stuck around to see if I could follow any of my friends to wherever they landed. Some landed here.

@Serenitree I agree with you. It was terrible, and had been getting worse for some time.

@SW-User Yes. Sadly, because it really was a fabulous place before the trolls took over and they replaced live moderators with bots. Even EPAllie was a bot for the last several months.
