Long story short
EP admin was violating their own TOS and community guidelines.
MS pulled their site certificate and issue a 60 day cease order.
They had 60 days to close.
Knajoya, who owned EP, is paying the hosting bills for EP to remain up. That stops next year. Kanjoya is no more but has been absorbed by another tech firm. Arman works for them now.
This cannot be undone. EP will go dark next year.

@Chickengoesmoo well there was, but I can't find it now. Maybe it failed already. It was not a good imitation at all. It tried, and you could create your own groups. I would say there were a lot more spam groups than any others. It was very commercial. I saw no stories. On q&a I saw nothing but spammers selling cheap knockoff clothing.
