I’m tired of holding things back, I really need to find a creative outlet.

What are your hobbies? Never mind creative, anyone do anything active other than go to the gym?

I think the best exercise is one that is fun, so you forget you are doing it. Soccer, baseball, volleyball, swimming, stuff like that.
Soccer is especially good because you don't have time to think about how much your legs hurt like you get at a gym.
A sport like wind surfing has you balancing on a board while you control the power with your hands. A full body exercise.
