Sorry for being so all over the place

Turns out I forgot my meds yesterday morning, which I didn't find out until I went to take my bedtime ones, which meant I couldn't take those either. After a night of dreaming things which I can only describe as unhinged, I remembered them today, and now I have only enough mental capacity to stare at a screen.

I'm not sure if anyone actually even noticed that I was more frustrated/irritated yesterday when I posted about feeling unwanted, but if it came across as angry that's why. I apologise for my behaviour

Why can't you take your next dose as prescribed by your doctor if you miss a dose??? It makes sense that they would want you to keep your medication in your system if possible... which would mean taking your nighttime dose as normal.

@HootyTheNightOwl because morning and night time meds are different (morning is anti-depressant, night is anti-psychotic) and skipping one dose of one now means having to skip a dose (or more if it happens more than once) at the end of the other to catch up so I don't end up with huge amounts of spare medication lying around.

@KiwiDan Ah, that makes sense... I was thinking that you were taking one drug twice a day and not that they are two different drugs taken once a day.
