how do you deal with someone who insinuates something 'false' about you online

like the person replies to your post and insinuates something about you which is untrue...and it causes you great anger, how should you respond to that person?

Lol trying saying this, You are causing me great anger! You wouldn't like me when I'm angry and then rip your shirt off. And i promise you they will leave you alone!
