It's a form of revenge for a perceived wrong. I have never done it, although I have threatened to do it. My state of mind isn't normal when I do. I can't think about my actions when I feel this way. I get so impulsive.
There was a time when something close to this happened and that was when I shared my screen in a google chat, and it showed intimate messages between the site moderator and I, and I did that because my friend asked me to...he thought it would be funny. Users in the chat of course noticed them. We got into the habit of trolling people. One time I messaged the wife of a man who joined the site, and my friend discovered that one of the few "females" there was a catfish
