Insurance cover!!

On the 4th June I had a job interview, while I was on the job interview my new motorcycle was stolen. I have a social, domestic & pleasure cover policy, can the insurance company twist this situation so they can class it as commuting and therefore invalidate my insurance policy, I’m finding it really hard to get a straight answer?.

What is the legal definition of commuting in your country? Even if they can't legally classify it as commuting, can it be classified as social, domestic and/or pleasure?

I'm thinking you will need a lawyer to help you on this one.
