It's officially too cold for short skirts without leggings. Maximum temperature forecast for today is 8 C. My rule of thumb for switching to leggings or long skirts is 10 C.

Still warm enough for bare feet as long as it's 5 C or more.

Just checked my messages here and saw that I had two requests, one from 28th and the other from 30th September.

At first glance they were both better than average unexpected direct messages. But then I realized that they seemed oddly similar. In fact both included these two phrases

and

so I thought I’d introduce myself properly

Coincidence?

The profile of one claims they are in Italy but the person in the profile picture is wearing a Costa del mar cap, that's apparently a Florida company. Not conclusively fake but suggestive.

The second one appears to be exactly the same picture as on at least two LinkedIn profiles. So which two are fake or are all three?

Today's outfit is a short black jumper dress, lightweight black leggings, black hat, black jacket. In the dim morning light of the IKEA car park it didn't photograph well.

I intended to take some stuff to the dump this morning. But when I checked that the dump would be open today I neglected to check what time it opens. Doesn't open until 12:00. So I need not have got up so early.

Still that meant I had plenty of time to charge my car on the way to the art gallery via IKEA, and plenty of time to paint my nails while it was charging.

Having the usual breakfast but no bare legs in the shot today

No butter! Only some rather poor supermarket own brand milk free margarine :-(
