Had at least an hour to spare after charging my at the last Tesla charger just fifteen minutes drive from the ferry terminal where I was supposed to depart for Norway at 12:45.
So I took a small detour to the Kaffestuen at Hirtshals Fyr, the lighthouse.
As soon as I connected the WiFi I received an email the shipping line saying that the sailing has been cancelled because of the weather. So now I'm waiting to see if they can put me on the evening sailing.
So now I have a whole day to spend in one of the windiest places in Europe. It's pretty but I can't imagine living here.
Today's outfit is a long jumper that is almost long enough to wear as a dress plus the Primark leggings because despite it being 16 C I feel a bit chilly; very damp and 17 m/s wind with 21 m/s gusts.
Back in the restaurant at IKEA for dinner, fish and chips, after napping in my car for a couple of hours. The fish is called kulmule, no idea what that is in English. Wikipedia says it is European hake.
Successfully rebooked the ferry. So now I don't need to be at the terminal before 21:00. So I've driven 60 km south to IKEA Aalborg. I could just sit in my car or sleep but I need to charge my electric razor ad I know IKEA Aalborg has power sockets in the restaurant. So now I have six hours to kill before I set off for Hirtshals again. Having pistachio roll and tyttebaer drink.
