Walked around Dartmouth for quite a while before settling on this one.
I like to try places like this that have something a little different to offer like the Syrian cake.
I tried to find a pub that served local cider, even asked at the tourist information office, no luck. The woman at the tourist information office suggested that I'd have better luck in Totnes. She explained this saying that Totnes was a bit more niche! So sad that such a product that used to be made on almost every farm in the county is now a niche product.
I set out today hoping that my previous impression of Dartmouth as a bit overpriced and too touristy was the product of only having had a brief visit before. But it seems to be really true. Almost all the ice cream here is 4.25 for one scoop plus extra for the cone.
