I stopped at Imperial Gardens to take some pictures.

The first stop was Hatherley Park which my map said contained the nearest cafe, Cobo Coffee. When I got there it turned out to be a mobile food kiosk, food truck or whatever they are called. Not what I call a cafe.

It had a sign saying gelato so i asked for one. And paid four quid for a small tub of salted caramel! Pleasant enough but it didn't even come in a cone.

There were notices describing the de-silting of the pond. I don't know how far advanced it is but there is no water in it.


There is a pond in the grounds of the Gloucester Uni. campus where I'm staying too. It hasn't dried out completely but it's pretty low.

Can't go without shoes while in tights and the dress really is a bit short so I changed to a different outfit to go out

I wonder if the order is still in effect?
