Very Scandi, trying to make up my mind on it.

@22Michelle Scandi? Really? Certainly not very Norwegian.
The skirt doesn't really go well with the top but it's the only mostly white mini I have.

@ninalanyon I bow to your greater knowledge of Scandanavian clothing.

@22Michelle I suppose the top might be very slightly reminiscent of the sort of blouse that is part of a bunad outfit. But they have long sleeves and are typically plain white.
Here's one from the fylke I live in

As far as current Norwegian fashion is concerned my impression is that plain colours are more popular.
As for greater knowledge, well I'm not the most observant person so take everything I've written here with a large pinch of salt.

I was intending to drive straight to Nottingham and charge at the Tesla centre before checking in but I caught myself yawning so I've stopped at Woodall services for a break while the car charges here.

Shortly after leaving Washington services I decided it was time for a cup of tea and asked the car for cafés along the way. It suggested quite a few but one name was somehow more attractive than the others: Honeymans of Bowburn.
When I got there I wasn't sure if it was really open. It's a converted end of terrace house.
Went in and found a slightly scrappy café and bakery. But the cakes and the bread were clearly of high quality. Asked for a pot of tea and was surprised to be asked exactly which kind of tea I fancied. I chose just an ordinary black tea and an apple turnover. The teapot was a delightful clear four sided pot with a metal filter inside.
Had a long conversation with the owner. Turns out we have places in common. He had an Orcadian girlfriend, comes from Dundee, worked in Thurso, had a Norwegian girlfriend and walked in the 17th May parade in Newcastle, lived in Newcastle (strictly Cullercoats).
His name isn't Honeyman, it's a nickname from when he used to sell honey from the stall where he sold Scottish tablet (fudge to the rest of us).
When I first mentioned that my wife was Orcadian his immediate response was to ask which island. That's the first time I've met anyone who knew enough about Orkney to ask such a question. His girlfriend was from Papa Westray.
