I did seven of each of my exercises today! Had to pause after each seven before doing the next exercise though!

Taking a day off today, no sex, no sightseeing. Just a gentle stroll to a cafe and to the library where I'll read a book.

@Boeing Nothing fancy, just what I've done in the past. Press ups, squats, squat jumps, burpees, star jumps, sit ups. I've been neglecting them.

Today's outfit includes a light jacket. It's not particularly cold, about 18 C, but there's a breeze and very little sunshine.

In Café @ the Word having a cheese scone and large filter coffee, very good value at 3.80 GBP. Less than I pay just for an Americano in many places.

The reason I'm in the library is that I visited yesterday and found a book I enjoyed reading. As I can't borrow it I've come back to read more of it.
