In the Victorian tea shop in the South Shields museum.

Waiting for tea and a ploughman's lunch. Been waiting nearly fifteen minutes. Tea just arrived.

I think they might be a little overwhelmed with three staff, fourteen customers, and a commitment to preparing everything fresh. There is actually seating for twenty two.

I think the ploughman in question is a bit more sophisticated than usual. The plate includes grapes and three different cheeses.
