Today I remembered a cartoon from my Childhood,more precisely Inki and the Minah Bird ...

I was used to silly things on TV,grown men sleeping in the same bed and poking each others eyes with two fingers
It was funny but way not real...Wiley coyote detectives being dropped off a cliff,detectives coshed on the head so hard that it would land any normal man in the hospital,maybe surgery. War movies were big ,too...we'd see who could die the most dramatically on our block..never thought the real life were either fun,nor desirable
More recently a Mom told me she had watched Deadpool with her kids and had a great time so I watched it online..the levels of comic brutality kinda shocked me frankly....
Now i know what the problem is with Inki...and Deadpool is R 14 or above...I guess the one thought I had was if you raise your kids sensibly..aren't we kinda selling them a tiny bit short
