Decided to visit the Curtis Museum in Alton.

Between the park and the high street is a car park with this list of charges

This translates to these prices per hour
1st hour: 1.60
2nd hour: 0.50
3rd hour: 0.80
4th hour: 1.00
5th hour: 0.60

Or average per hour
1 hour: 1.60
2 hours: 1.05
3 hours: 0.97
4 hours: 1.23
5 hours: 1.10
9 hours: 0.97

Is there some reason for such odd numbers?
