+3 C but almost no wind, intermittent sunshine, so no need for heavy clothes today. Took the long way round to te shops and walked about 7 000 steps.
Now that I'm not wearing tights everyday I've noticed that my legs need shaving so I did that and also gritted my teeth an epilated one leg. As I had the epilator in my hand with the razor head on it it occurred to me that I could shave my face with it. I was surprised, though perhaps I shouldn't be, that it gave me a much closer shave than the electric razor I normally use.
The epilator is my late wife's Braun Silk Epil Xelle 5395 while the razor I normally use is a Braun Series 5. I was intending to replace the head on the Series 5 but now I'm wondering if I should just switch to the feminine versions altogether. Of course the epilator is long out of production but the Braun Silk·épil 3 seems to be about the same and is actually cheaper than the replacement head for my Series 5 shaver.
I'd be grateful for any ideas about why this would or would not be a good idea.
