just saying what i feel like

A couple of nights ago, I felt like I needed to talk to someone, and I found a website that offers lots of information and helps address cognitive distortions. It mentioned something about completing goals, and for some reason, I decided to practice blowing bubble gum and I actually managed to make a bubble. After that, I made an appointment to explore more work or community outreach. I hung out with their outreach worker for about an hour after the appointment - he works in music. Before the appointment, I asked the website if I should bring something up with him, and it suggested scheduling work times beforehand for discussion. I did that, but it didn’t change much -still five days a week, five hours a day. I went online and found examples to use if I got a job teaching skills. It’s not exactly what I imagined, but it’s close. Basically, the idea is to talk to someone over the phone (using a microphone) and discuss different topics, like sales, with a customer. In this case, I’d be the customer so the client I work with can go over things like store policy.
