The Roman date in the title comes from https://time-meddler.co.uk/dates-in-various-calendars/

Today's must do was to go for a walk. I did that and decided to do a tiny bit of shopping as I passed the supermarket because I need strawberry jam for a cake. Found that and then it occurred to me that i haven' had any blackberry jam for ages. But there is no tradition of blackberry (bjørnebær, literally bear berries) jam here and there was none but as I walked past the freezers I realized that they sell frozen blackberries so I bought a bag of those and later on I'll make my own jam.

The walk turned out to be rather more exercise than expected. When I was almost home I went to get my keys out of my handbag and realized that I didn't have it! It's just a very light fabric shoulder bag just big enough for keys, mobile, and a folded lightweight reusable carrier bag and my keys were the only thing in it because I had my phone in my hand, so I didn't notice when it slid off my shoulder. So I started to retrace my steps to the supermarket; I knew I still had it then because I remember taking the folded shopping bag out of it.

About a quarter of the way back to the supermarket a woman shouted to me from the other side of the road: "Er det du som har mistet en veske?", "Are you the one who has lost a bag?". I I shouted back yes and she said that she had picked it up and left it in the bus shelter. I thanked her warmly and set off at a trot for the bus shelter which is right by the ferry terminal and only a couple of hundred metres from the supermarket.

I'm glad the bus shelter (busskur) had a bench in it, I needed to sit and calm down a bit when I got there and found my bag with my keys.

So my 6 000 step walk turned into 8 400 steps, 2 000 at trot.

The headline simply says medical waste incinerators, though what medical waste these places create may be another matter.
