While idly, and pointlessly, scrolling through YouTube yesterday I came across a video about taking the train from Oslo S to Stockholm. It had a long and uninteresting intro all about Oslo S, how many shops it has, and the fact that the booking office is so small. It also mentioned that having a booking office at a Norwegian railway station is quite unusual too. The narrator seemed to think this was odd but it's just how things are here. Pretty much everyone, including people far older than me, has a smartphone, a laptop, or a tablet, or all three. So booking tickets online and having the ticket available on the device is normal here, hardly anyone wants paper tickets.
Anyway that long and probably uninteresting intro was simply to say that it prompted me to take pictures of the railway station that is adjacent to the shopping centre where I'm having coffee.
