In the Enzo Hotel. Pont-A-Mousson, France. Chosen for no particularly meaningful reason. It was a reasonable price, only 25 km from the nearest Tesla charging station and not desperately far from my chosen route home. I've visited three countries today.
It's very quiet. The room is plain and clean. But of course it has no facilities to make tea or coffee. I must remember that next time I travel through Europe, France in particular, and bring a small kettle, mug, and teabags with me. I wonder if I should just take the small one I have at home or buy an even smaller one.
Luckily I remembered that there would ost likely not be any way of preparing a drink so I went to Lidl while the car was charging and bought a cheap bottle of wine. It's a very cheap Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon, one of the few that had a screw cap. Are the French snobbish about corks? Lidl in the UK has plenty of good wine in bottles with screw caps. Much more practical than corks.
