Sugar, ah enemy, enemy... you are my one real foe and I want to battle you...

When I first started taking insulin, I hated it and could not wait until they put me back on an oral medication.
Now, I realize from that experience that the insulin did the best job controlling my sugar levels and keeping them steady.
I have an appointment with my endocrinologist next week.
She has been reluctant to put me back on insulin; let's hope she'll listen this time.
My sugars are all over the place a combination of stress, eating where I could in the last month, the new medication having to be taken 3 times a day before each meal (me sometimes forgetting when out to do so), and skipping daily exercise.
I have managed to go back on diet and resume my daily exercise.
As long as I am home for meals, I am remembering my medication, now.
Stress, I can only do so much about.
It really hasn't changed much my sugar levels continue to be erratic despite the effort.
