Today, in the middle of heavy traffic my car ,we found out later it had blew two hoses, just stopped.
This after spending the day in a social workers office due to my husband's cancer searching out reasorces to help us.
If it wouldn't have been for 3 strangers helping me get it out of there, I don't know what worse would have happened.
I was picking up pain medicine for him.
Ended up with me being towed home.
The mechanics being closed for the 4th of July weekend.
Things just seem to keep getting worse.
We have enough resources for about 6 months, then we are in trouble.
He can take, and will probably have to take early retirement,but of course there's a penalty and it's not going to be as much as if he could have gone 3 more years.
I can't work, because I cannot afford care for him and there'd be nobody else to help him.
It is possible once we go on to Medicaid that I can get a small amount of money for being his caregiver.
Anyway, everything is terrible right now.
