🎶It's a new life For me And I'm feeling good 🎶

I got my new wearable glucose monitor; this is going to be a life changer in a good way.
I can see in real time how what I eat affects my blood sugar.
So, I can cut certain things out of my diet.

I watched my blood sugars go down 12 points after exercising.
Seeing it in real time gives you a different perspective as you're not guessing.
I was getting pretty discouraged there for a while and stopped exercising.
Finally ,I think I have a way to manage this diabetes.

I've also been improved for a once a week majaurvo.
I will still be taking both insulins for now, but the goal is to get me off the novolog.
I was told the injectable could take up to 3 weeks to get things lowered.

I've been taken off the glipizide.

All this gives me hope and a feeling there is something I can do to make it better.

I have an acquaintance who shifted to a zero carb diet. And it helped immensely. Almost entirely salads and fruits.
Might help further to the efforts you are already undertaking

Keep well. 💕

Congrats!
Go keto! No more meds! My doctor removed my type2 diagnosis from my medical history.
