🎶To Every Time There is a Season.. . A Time To Refrain From Embarcing🎶

To everything there is a season...some seasons hurt more than others.
But,there comes a time when you no longer tolerate abusive behaviors and you walk away.
When you do all that you know what to do and it's never going to be good enough,that's the time.

It's scary letting go, it hurts, lots of wishful thinking has to be abandoned, and boundaries have to be put up.
The realization comes that those boundaries will never be respected nor acknowledged so ,you must walk away and restore your sanity.

I still believe in not retaliating or keeping score.
I still believe in helping people who don't help me.

It's only when the relationship is so toxic that my mental well-being and physical health is at risk and that the only thing left is self preservation.
That only real course of action becomes you must respect my boundaries or there is no access to me.
The door is open when you can do that and I get to decide what that looks like.

Yes,letting go is hard, but staying is hard,too and damaging.
And it helps neither party only keeps both in an unhealthy place
.
We can't rescue those who refuse any help, honestly we are not equipped to rescue everyone,that's God's department.
