🎶This is Halloween,This is Halloween, Halloween 🎶

I was looking forward to taking kid out this Halloween 🎃😺
Of course, now that it's this week my anxiety is kicking in and making me worry. 👻
It will amount to nothing and since I'm the only person who can take her, I will.🧛🧟🧙
I'm not afraid of spooks ,just a vague dread of people and walking the neighborhood at night. 🏡 🏠🏠🏡
Supposed to rain,maybe,too. ☔
It will be fine,of course,it's just my anxiety never lets me think anything will be fine.😐
She's going as Stich and I'm going as Grandma in a pumpkin sweatshirt. 🎃
My daughter will be here passing out the candy.🍬🍭🍿🍫
She has health problems that would make walking so much hard for her.
Her dad is working and so is grandpa,so it leaves me.😸
I knew this for a month and was excited to take her, until Anxiety piped up to haunt me.🧌
She's so excited ☺ I can't disappoint her.

That's not good. J went through a period of panic attacks, related to a neurological condition. It's so weird and difficult to deal with. One moment I'd be fine and then a thought would enter my head and I'd be almost vomiting. And I know that being told to calm yourself down, accept it's just your imagination etc., just make you feel worse. Being anxious about being anxious just makes you feel even worse. All I can say is hang in there and try not to think about the attacks. Try and enjoy those times when you aren't anxious, and tell yourself it will get better.
